Are you looking for a physical, hands-on career that makes a real impact? At Northeast Home & Energy, we're looking for skilled and motivated insulation installers to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in helping homeowners and businesses improve their energy efficiency and comfort, while also contributing to a more sustainable future.
What you'll do:
- Install various types of insulation in residential and commercial buildings, including attics, walls, crawl spaces, and basements.
- Cut, measure, and fit insulation materials according to specifications.
- Seal air leaks and ensure proper ventilation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as loading and unloading materials.
- Teach and Lead a successful crew of 2-4 members.
What we're looking for:
- Must have Crew Chief Certificate (Mass Save)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage a team.
- Good physical fitness and stamina.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
